We leave tomorrow for New Mexico. I've been doing all my last minute errands today. I packed two socks that need mates, a LL Child's Play in the Oh So Beautiful pattern and a Pine Tree Toe-Up sock that is in this really pretty Koigu. I also packed the Meilenweit RW&B's that are in progress and two skeins of this mystery Regia for Howdy's April socks. I sure would like to get the LL cast on tonight, since it's a provisional one and I need the directions and the concentration for it. I also need to find some great directions for an afterthought heel. Any bets as to how much I get done??
Speaking of done, here are some new finished photos. It's only appropriate that I should show off Howdy's March socks today, since they are green and what he wore on his feets today... (72 stitches made this kind of wavy pattern.)

My other FO is these Regia 6-ply Crazy socks. I managed to do two on two circs toe-up for these, but I hate the way the short-row heel turned out. I hid them in the photo. I did find a nice sewn cast-off in Vogue Knitting and I like the way it looks.

Not sure when we'll be back. Depends on if we're abducted by aliens or irradiated beyond readdmittance into Texas...
